Once you get into MLM or Network Marketing business, you will need to grow your business by increasing your network strength, this can be done through increasing the headcount or quality of each downline.

It is optimal to have both types of downlines in your network. This will enable you to have a strong and stable network. Allowing you to receive a sustainable level of income.

After receiving new blood to your network, you need to equip them with skills and knowledge for the business. The course and training should include product knowledge and sales training.

It is necessary for all new comers to undergo through training before any sales. This gives all new comers with basic skills and knowledge to execute sales. This increases the chances of success and thus reduces the turn over rate.

The training program can be outsources or created by you. After that, you should device a system to let all new members to go through the same training course, so that all of them have the same knowledge and skills, which makes future training easier.
